Allows you to hydrate and emulsify the deposits and facilitate their dissociation by the enzymatic functions which ensure their degradation into a powdery compound after drying  
Eliminates organic dirt present on surfaces and materials in contact with ambient emissions (falling columns and ventilation pipes of garbage chutes, ducts, air evacuation or extraction pipes from kitchen hoods, filters, etc.)  
High penetrating power, due to its thixotropic properties, easily attaches to supports, even vertical or irregularly shaped, such as ducts, fittings, smooth or corrugated elbows;
Does not require the addition of large quantities of water to ensure cleaning, reduces the risk of deterioration of materials, false ceilings, etc.
Provides a technical solution to the difficulties of cleaning ducts located in floors, attics, attics of homes or buildings when application by spray or high pressure cleaner is not appropriate due to the volumes of washing solution and rinsing water necessary.
