ALPHA CHAUF 1 will disintegrate the limestone deposits and disperse them. The particles that have become very fine will continue to circulate without damage. It is used on a circuit in operation or when stopped.
1. DOSAGE: 2 to 6% of ALPHA CHAUF 1 in water. An overdose does not entail any danger for the installation. The use of a test pump facilitates the injection of the product.
2. Depending on the level of fouling and the age of the system, the product must be left for 24 to 48 hours in the installation.
3. Drain the circuit. Rinse with clear water if necessary. In very heavily soiled circuits, it is sometimes necessary to carry out a second treatment.
Calcul quantité produit :
ALPHA CHAUF 1 doit être dilué dans le circuit d'eau à 1% soit 1 Litre pour 100L d'eau (en moyenne un installation de 7 à 8 radiateurs) pour une installation de chauffage classique.
Pour un plancher chauffant, vous devez calculer le volume d'eau de votre installation de plancher chauffant, par exemple si l'installation est en tube 13/16. 1 m lineaire de tube =0,13 litre. 1m² de plancher en pas de 15 cm =0,86 litre. 1m² de plancher en pas de 20 cm = 0,65 litre.
